Most whole-house interiors I do run $6,500–$12,000, depending on square footage, ceiling height, trim, and how much prep the walls need. You don't have to guess: after a walkthrough you get an exact written number on the spot.
A typical 3–4 bedroom whole-house interior takes 5–7 days, depending on prep and trim work. You won't have to wonder: your start and finish dates are written into your quote.
Everything before the first coat: furniture wrapped and floors covered, holes patched, surfaces sanded, gaps caulked, stains primed. Prep is most of the job — it's why lines stay crisp and paint lasts. It's itemized in your written quote, so you see it — you don't take my word for it.
Yes — 30% when we sign, and that's what locks your start and finish dates on my calendar. The balance is due at the final walkthrough, after you've seen the finished work. You never pay the full amount up front.
Anything I can't see at the walkthrough — water damage, failing drywall, wallpaper glue — is listed as a written exclusion before we start. If we uncover something mid-project, we talk about it before any extra work happens. Nothing is ever added to your bill silently.
